Prestige Labs strives to keep you totally fulfilled and satisfied, which is why we offer a 60-day money back guarantee if you feel the quality of the product is less than promised. Just send us the unused portion of the product and we’ll refund you the cost of the product minus shipping cost. No questions asked. If it is within 60 days of the date of purchase and you are dissatisfied in any way, please follow the steps below:

Contact the Prestige Labs team by emailing We will gladly provide you with our return instructions, so as not to waste any materials. This is an easy and effortless process.

It is your obligation to pay the return postage, and we do recommend you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification and efficiency purposes. Note: We must receive the bottle within 60 days from the date of original purchase for the refund to be valid.

We will refund your entire order, excluding shipping costs, as long as all bottles purchased are returned.

Upon request of a refund for returned product, the refund will be granted and credited back to the account it was originally charged to no later than 7 business days after the product has been received by Prestige Labs. It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit.

We can’t allow resale of Prestige Labs products, so bottles will be refunded only after sufficient time has passed for a single customer to use Prestige Labs Products as directed.

These guidelines were created to keep you satisfied, while at the same time ensuring we can continue to provide a quality product to other happy customers for years to come. Returning Prestige Labs Products without complying with our policy will, unfortunately, deem your transaction non-refundable.

After complying with the steps above, please allow adequate time for shipping, quality control, and communication with credit card companies and banks as you patiently await your refund.

What if I want to return a product that I have already opened?

See the above policies regarding returned products. Must be within 60 days of purchase.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Please note that within minutes of placing your order someone from the Prestige Labs team may be picking and packing your order. If you would like to change or cancel your order, you must do so before it ships.

Why does the carrier say my package was delivered but the package did not arrive?

Prestige Labs is not responsible for the delivery of the package once the carrier (USPS or FedEx) takes possession of the item. If an item is suspected to be stolen from your doorstep, a claim needs to be filed with your local authorities and your local mail carrier.

What if I typed the wrong address?

Prestige Labs is not responsible for packages with incorrect address entry and Prestige Labs does not cover re-order or re-shipping costs for incorrect address entry on orders.
